marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.

At Akash Uniforms, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, you can return or exchange your product under the following terms:

1. Return and Exchange Guidelines

• Products are eligible for return or exchange strictly within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, Tags and in the same condition as when received. 
• You may also return or exchange items at any of our offline stores. Just make sure to bring the original invoice and Tag with you.
• Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at akashuniforms@gmail.com with your order number and product details, or use the return option in your account.
• Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item).

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified via email about the status of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.

4. Exchanges

• To exchange a product, email us at akashuniforms@gmail.com with your order number and item details.
• Exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the original item.
